We visited Devil's Den State Park in West Fork, AR this past Saturday. It was a gorgeous day for a picnic and a hike! This state park is simply beautiful. I am so thankful for our great state parks in Arkansas. There are so many of them and they are an affordable way to spend some family time!
We saw some lizards and even some woodpeckers!

Yes, the kids changed into short sleeved shirts about halfway through the hike, if you were wondering! The kids completed a 1 1/2 mile hike! I was so proud of them!!!
Who knew? Arkansas might have to go on the list. When is the best time to visit?
