Well, it's well into April and I have not done a menu plan post yet.
But, we had quite a few changes anyway, so it's ok :-)
So, for the rest of the month---
11- Salmon, leftover asparagus and sweet potatoes and steamed carrots
12- Breakfast: smoothies, smoked sausage and pancakes
13- Spring Fling at school, eating there
14- Tostadas
15- Broccoli cheese soup
16- Stuffed baked potatoes
17- taking a meal to a family who just had a baby and I will double whatever I make for us to have for dinner
18- Homemade chicken bites, veggies on the side
19- Salmon patties, potato and veggie on the side
20- Homemade pizzas
21- Grill steak
22- BBQ chicken thighs
23- Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, salad
24- Spaghetti and salad
25- Freezer meal
26- Pan seared tilapia, potato and veggie on the side
27- Friday night, so not sure yet
28- Lasagna
29- Zesty Picante chicken
30- Leftovers from the weekend
