I love this recipes for a number of reasons:
A. Its is good.
B. It is easy.
C. It is frugal.
D. It does not contain high fructose corn syrup
E. It does not contain dye.
If you'd like a summer slushie version, basically do the same thing... but with a little more lemon juice. Let it cool and put in a pyrex pan. Set timer for 30 min and freeze. Using a fork just scrape the iced top part and mix with the unfrozen parts.
