I'm enjoying sharing my menu plan for each month with you guys. Of course, my meals are always subject to change and sometimes meals get bumped to the following week or month. I *try* to do a meatless option on most Mondays (it doesn't always happen) and I try to do some type of fish every Thursday.
This month, my hubby is out of town for a week, so we will be eating very "kid-friendly" meals for that week. I'm sure you will never guess which week that is! ;-)
