The kiddos are very much enjoying the Advent season. We have a family activity every day and are learning about the meaning of Christmas. Yesterday at church, we had a program called "the hanging of the green." It was awesome and we learned a lot about what the symbols of Christmas mean to Christianity. This calendar is a new family tradition we started. I am enjoying it and feeling like we are slowing down and taking one day at a time and doing family activities.
