Weekend fun

So, my brother Keith is getting married next June and he happens to be marrying my best friend! Oh yeah!  I'm going to be the maid of honor in the wedding and my first duty has just been accomplished.

So, now let's talk football.  It is officially that time of year again and I love it!  We have moved to a town where football is big.  They are a 7-a classification which is the biggest in Arkansas.  We went to the game last night and the student section is just like the student section of U of A.  The students start packing their section about 2 hours before the game.  And they are crazy.  And they do a powder thing when the team runs out.  They all have baby powder in their hands and throw it up it in the air when they run out on the field.  I got a nice coating of it on me also!  It looks cool from afar.  So, anyways, our team won last night and are now 3-0!  Today the Razorbacks (our main team!) played the GA Bulldogs.  This was a big game because we were ranked No. 12 in the country going into the game.  Well, we won!  So we are pretty excited!  The Hogs are 3-0 now and we have a huge game next week against Alabama!

The kiddos helped make some super delicious homemade brownies this afternoon!

I also made a simmering pot of beef stew goodness....
